Great service and workmanship. Very good value compared to competitors quotes. Also very flexible with requests and trying to accomodate what is possible retrofitting to an existing house.I’ve used their services at two different houses and will be coming back again for future electrical work.I had an issue with installed down lights buzzing due to an incompatibility with an installed dimmer. Andrew was able to rectify this issue quickly under warranty, replacing the faulty down lights at no cost to me.

Job was confirmed and booked in. I told them needed the job done before 9.30am they agreed however on the day no one showed up. I called the company to see what was going on and after being rudely spoken to was told the job was not even worth their time as they are too busy for small jobs. Couldn’t believe how I was treated by this company. Would not recommend. Unreliable, unhelpful and rude company.

The installation of the Starlink dish went well. I had given the wrong phone previously , causing great inconvenience to Steve the installer. Though I caused lost time, they were gentlemanly about it. Also, AHS answers your emails. The first installer I contacted did not respond. AHS should be the first people you call for installations.

I have had 2 different Jobs done by AHS, both times I received excellent service. There communications were good and always did as they said. I would recommend

I called this company to help fix my tv, he was here for 5 minutes and was charging me $165 I said to him “are you joking” he then dropped the price down to $120. I would not recommend this company.

Booked my job in with their handy online chat feature - took around 2 minutes - they gave me an estimate and booked me in for the next morning.The technician that arrived was on time and did a great job! Will be using them again for sure.

I had to check this company reviews before to contact them. Initially they asked me for $225 for install a pendant light with a switch, once the tech was here he said it would be $250 or maybe a bit more". After he checked the cost with his boss

Potentially the worst service I’ve experienced by anyone. Tradesmen showed up late then claimed to not have the tools to install data points or chase a wall for data and power outlets. Work scope was agreed and quoted before the date and when he left site with noExplanation the office said they will send another technician out and this never happened.

Over charge for installing wall bracket & correct wrong cable connection - Do not know Swann Security camera. Deleted my review (twice) on their website.I got a firm quote over the phone:$250 for installing a wall mount bracket,$120 for correcting wrong cable connection, and$100 for checking my incorrect Swann security camera setting.Totally $470 for the job.The time was set to start from 8:30 to 10:00am on Friday.I knew the price was high. I accepted the quote because i really need to have my Swann security camera working.The technician came at 8:00am before the schedule time.He spent time to check the signals of the cables. After finishing every checking and cable connetion on the roof he tested the TV and found every TV work well. He then started to fix my Swann camera. He spent 5 minute to pair my mobile phone then declared all task been completed. He refused to help me further with the incorrect setting of the security camera with the reason that he does not know about the cheap security camera". He packed up his stuff in a hurry for another job. He also made a final checking to see if the TV work well. Unfortunately the TV screen was blurry. He had to investigate why it still not working properly. He then found one cable need to be replaced. He spent extra time to replace the faulty cable then requested me to pay additional $50 for that cable. I refused to pay him $520 for the job. I was very disappointed that he spent only 5 munite for my Swann camera. The installation of wall mount bracket cost me $250. It was the job of unskilled worker. How could they charge me that much but only spent 5 minute for the setting of my security camera. He was angrily leaving for another job. The company sent me an invoice to my email address with revised amount $500. I am very very unhappy about their work
