Don’t call them if you have a small job. They won’t be interested.

When I booked explained exactly the work l needed done Iinitially booked for yesterday got a call mid day they had to cancel as the technician quit and also it was too hot . I agreed to rebook it for today I queried that today was going to be even hotter . I was told it would get done . I needed a replacement antenna which was done but relocating a nbn data point was not going to get done as it was too hot . I rang the office and discovered it was only a call centre not even based in Fremantle . I called 3 times and they we’re going to ring the technician the never did . He demanded to be paid for the work he did as he was only a contractor I told him the office was calling he responded pay or I take the antenna down . He pulled down his antenna and left my old one one the ground I rang the office they were not interested in getting my old antenna put back up . Only deal direct with a tradesman not a commission booking agency .

Job completed on time, however, I was charged $120 instead of the $99 quoted.

All work completed and within the price they quoted online. Happy customer
