Had a great experience with TechTV while moving into a new, old house we've just bought. Steve responded to my web inquiry immediately (on a Sunday morning!) and got things moving. Been having internet drop outs & no connection throughout past few years. After numerous call outs, NBN tech said problem is with my cables.Steve was helpful & patient with all my questions. The technicians John & Mat were brilliant. They tried to see if the line is fixable before laying new cables. It was a rainy day & John even cleaned the floor when finished. I strongly recommend John for his expertise and honest advice which helped me achieve the highest desirable speeds on NBN. They have comprehensively re-wired my home and installed an access point, and the investment is justified.Armed with John's report, I could successfully call out NBN staff to rectify the issue at the outside of the property.Thanks for your services.

These guys were great, Plumbers cut my NBN line working on someone elses pipework and refused to do anything about it until the next day, Within 30 minutes of talking to these guys they had me back up and running. The owner remained in contact with me even after his day had ended to ensure that it was succesful repair. I work and study mainly from home and no internet would have been a disaster. Their pricing was brilliant too, could not recomend more highly.As a foot note 12 days later I'm still waiting for the plumbers/NBN/Optus to actually replace the line and fix the damaged pipework. Without TechTV cabling I would have had some serious issues.

Highly recommend TechTV. From initial contact over the phone with Steve to Stefan coming and conducting the works within a business day, I was highly impressed. Direct and up front about what the works would entail and a realistic quote further enhanced by the professionalism from Stefan and quality of his work. Stefan going that extra mile to assist with ISP connection errors after confirmation his work was not the issue was excellent. I’ve now got almost triple the speeds from before. Wish I’d done this three years ago!
